PWP also offers a 15-minute consultation with Chef Joann. With over 20 years of experience, Chef Joann creates flavorful meals incorporating the perfect mix of health, creativity — and purpose! All of the food is designed to give your body the nutrients it needs to thrive, based on diets that are free of grains, gluten, legumes, dairy, added refined sugars, soy, and alcohol.

Chef Joann

A graduate of the prestigious California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, Joann Stabile is the Founder and Executive Chef of Prepared with Purpose. As a clean-eating enthusiast, Joann has personally seen the benefits and results with her own body after a decade of struggling with her weight and overall health. With 21 years of experience in the kitchen — and being at the forefront of the clean-eating movement — Joann serves as an event caterer and private chef. She is the creative force behind Prepared with Purpose, bringing her unique perspectives, advanced training, and culinary know-how to the table. Joann prepares every meal to give you not only a feast for the eyes and tastebuds, but also to provide the nutrition and dieting plans you need to live your best life.


Prepared with Purpose employs a team of talented and creative chefs and cooks that share Joann Stabile’s goal of providing organic, whole food based nutrition to the masses.

Prepared with Purpose showcases a team of nutritional experts and creative chefs, helping to build a movement towards — and community around — purposeful meal planning. We are not just another food prep company. We provide opportunities to bring people together, build a healthy and happy community, spread awareness for organic, gluten-free meals, and spark meaningful conversations within our community.

Pasture Centered Animal Protein and Wild Caught Fish
We source only the highest quality meats, fish, and eggs comprising an animal welfare rating of 4 or 5. What does this mean? Priority is the welfare of the consumer, but also the welfare and quality of life of the animals they raise. We only use fresh, wild-caught fish.
We Believe Real, Whole Food Is The Best
Low carbohydrates, adequate protein, and lots of healthy fats! We believe that when our diet is comprised of clean animal proteins, fresh produce, and healthy fats, our body functions optimally. Chef Joann designs meals for an active individual to include six ounces of protein (raw weight) and at least 1 ½ cups of vegetables. Every ingredient is free of alcohol, gluten, soy, dairy, grains, GMOs, added sugars, and artificial sweetener.
Local, Organic, Seasonal Produce
Did you know pesticides are bad for you? We use organic produce — sourced locally to ensure optimal freshness, seasonality, and quality. We believe in supporting the local economy, working with extremely fresh fruits and vegetables and in-season produce.
We Use Glass Containers
Glass does not contain the harmful chemicals found in plastics and disposables that can get into your food. Glass allows clients to reheat meals in glass in the microwave or oven, giving you the option to use the heating method they prefer. And most importantly, glass is better for the environment. Each week you simply leave your clean glassware, stacked (with the lids to be attached to prevent chipping) on your doorstep in your reusable Prepared with Purpose bag.
